Audience monitoring Cookies
In order to adapt the site to its visitor requirements, we monitor the number of visits, the number of pages seen as well as visitor activity on the site and their return frequency. Google Analytics, the statistical tool used by this site, generates the following cookies:

Purpose: Registers a unique identifier to generate statistical data on the way the visitor uses the site.
Expiry: 2 years

Purpose: Used by Google Analytics to dramatically decrease the rate of requests.

Purpose: Registers a unique identifier used to generate statistical data on the way the visitor uses the site.
Expiry: 1 day
_collect
Purpose: Used to send data to Google Analytics on the peripheral and the behaviour of the visitor. Follows the internet through the devices and marketing channels.

We also collect your IP address, in order to determine the town from which you are connecting. This is immediately anonymised after use. Consequently, under no circumstances can RTE get back to a natural person through this.
The personal data collected (cookie identifier) are retained by RTE for a duration of 1 year. They are not transferred to third parties or used for other purposes. You may choose to reject the cookies and the statistical analysis of your browsing data.
